Deep Cut Expedition: Unveiling a New Nintendo Switch 2 Adventure

This summer brings fresh excitement for Nintendo Switch 2 fans. A new title is ready to join the impressive lineup, promising a vibrant twist that builds on the legacy of a popular series.

Building on the momentum of the previous release in May, a new adventure will arrive this July. The latest offering in the series introduces an exploration where players assume the role of a mechanic collaborating with a musical trio known as Deep Cut. Their journey takes them through the Spirhalite Islands, where they face off against aquatic adversaries and search for hidden treasure.

Among the features highlighted is the emphasis on a primarily single-player experience. Despite this focus, the adventure also permits online and local cooperative play, allowing up to three companions to join in.

In addition to the game, Nintendo is launching a new collectible figure featuring the members of Deep Cut: Frye, Shiver, and Big Man. This character collection is showcased in an accompanying trailer that offers a glimpse of the action.

The title is set to premiere on the new console on July 23, 2026. Pre-orders are now available, and numerous new images have been released for fans to explore.
