Sonic X Shadow Generations will be available for play on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, as well as PC via Steam and Epic Games platforms.
Variants such as a Standard Edition, a Digital Deluxe Edition, and a Collector's Day One Edition will be up for grabs.

It also includes additional music tracks from Sonic and Shadow's past adventures, a Terios outfit reflecting Shadow's initial design concept, exclusive art, and an extra Shadow challenge and outfit, among other perks.
Pre-ordering is now open, with purchasers set to receive the special Sonic Adventure Legacy Outfit as an added bonus, mimicking his appearance from Sonic Adventure.
Those who pre-order the Collector's Day One Edition will attain Gerald Robotnik’s Journal—a 28-page notebook capturing Gerald Robotnik's thought process and sketches during the creation of Shadow and the Ark Space Station.
Moreover, those purchasing the title for PS4 or PS5 will be rewarded with exclusive extended prologue animations featuring unseen deleted content.
